A manufacturing company based in Mexico is looking for a BU Industrial Blow Moulding Professional to provide expertise in the Blow Molding process, develop training modules, and assist with manufacturing solutions. The candidate will support standardization processes and problem solving in production. Ideal for someone with strong technical skills in manufacturing processes and training experience.

• Expertise in Blow Molding process required.
• Experience in developing training modules and conducting classes.

BU INDUSTRIAL BLOW MOULDING PROFESSIONAL - RAMOS ARIZPE

Responsibility 1: Provide area expertise in the area of Blow molding process, develop training modules, and hold training class at each location.

• Activity 1.1 Lead or support trials of new products.
• Activity 1.2 Ensure a common approach to solving machinery and or process problems, through the development of best practices. The knowledge learned is to be documented and shared across the Corp.
• Activity 1.3 Provide assistance and/or input to new product programs, as requested by each program, for the related technology

Responsibility 2: Develop specifications for manufacturing solutions for area of responsibility (Blow Molding). This work to include required R&D to create manufacturing solutions for new products and work with simulations to optimize the design.

• Activity 2.1 Develop standards for mold design.
• Activity 2.2 Conduct supplier development meetings as required to improve the reliability of equipment plus the investigation of new technology.

Responsibility 3: To assist facilities in root cause problem solving for process, equipment or quality issues as required.

Responsibility 4: Support of the worldwide standardization process through the development of knowledge management documentation for either equipment or processes in the area of responsibility.
