Responsibilities
  • Reviewing and issuing monthly collection reports to property managers
  • Collections, and moving owners through the collections process due to non-payment with a local attorney
  • Customer service and researching homeowner account balance issues
  • Billing owner dues each year and ordering coupons / statements
  • Processing Bank Returns
  • Researching and processing returned mail
  • Providing owners copies of account histories on request
  • Monthly reconciliation
Backup for
  • Entering accounts payable items
  • Reviewing and issuing financial statements
  • Assisting property managers with questions regarding financial statements
  • Filling out closing paperwork requests
  • Entering new homeowners into the system, and ordering coupons
Requirements
  • Recently graduated in Accounting or business / administration related
  • 0-2 years of work experience
  • Feel comfortable talking on the phone
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with bank and account reconciliations is a plus
