A leader in change management is seeking experienced Instructors to teach courses in change management methodologies. This fully remote role requires skilled facilitators who can provide engaging learning experiences. You will use your career experience to enrich classes and will collaborate with like-minded professionals. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to connect with a global client base, striving for excellence in organizational change initiatives.
At Prosci we are looking to grow our team of Instructors in Europe to support our growing client base. We need skilled facilitators, focused on creating unforgettable learning experiences for all course and workshop participants, providing them with the tools and techniques needed to lead organisational change initiatives to a successful outcome. All our executive instructors have a passion for change management and client success. With deep business expertise, and a thorough understanding of Prosci’s change management research, methodologies, and tools they deliver a variety of programmes designed to build our clients’ change management capabilities, helping to establish Prosci as a valuable, long-term partner to organisations across Europe as they navigate business critical change initiatives.
· Instruct course participants in Prosci’s proprietary change management methodology. Courses will be delivered virtually (from your home desk), in-person at client premises, or at our European public open‑enrolment sessions.
· Maintain up‑to‑date mastery of Prosci’s change management products and solutions.
· Use a combination of your own career experience and the Prosci methodology to illustrate real‑world change management application and answer participant questions about their own change initiatives.
· Prepare thoughtfully for sessions to provide incredible learning experiences for all participants.
· Work closely with our Account Executives to establish Prosci as a valuable, long‑term partner to organisations as they navigate their most critical change initiatives.
•Variety– no two courses or workshops are the same! You will be meeting and engaging with class participants from many different industries and sectors each week, and you will have regular opportunities to work with colleagues across Europe and throughout Prosci on a regular basis too.
•Flexibility– this post is offered on a fully remote basis. When you are not teaching, or on a client site you will work from home.
•Collaboration– you will join a team of like‑minded professionals who are all as enthusiastic about change management as you are. There will be regular opportunities to share best practice techniques and lessons learned with colleagues across the organisation, and like all our instructors, you’ll receive excellent behind the scenes and in classroom support from our training operations team and experienced training success specialists so that you can concentrate on creating memorable learning experiences for your class participants.
