Patient Coordinator: position available in Mexico City, working directly at our fertility clinic at partners at Santa Fe and Zona Esmeralda, full-time, in-person (not remote) with a rapidly growing, LGBT-owned, international fertility consulting agency, specializing in surrogacy for gay clients. MIRACLE Surrogacy, based in Miami, Florida is the premier international surrogacy agency connecting intended parents around the world with its partner fertility clinics located in Mexico, helping LGBT clients who want to create or expand their families through assisted reproductive technology, with egg donors and surrogates.

This is a surrogate coordinator position. We are seeking a drug-free, smoke-free team member who will provide outstanding customer service to our patients (surrogates and egg donors) who come to our partner fertility clinic for medical services. The position involves a lot of communication via phone, in-person, and coordination with the Surrogates, the fertility clinic staff, and other Miracle staff members. It also requires making entries into medical records databases and other programs (in English). It also requires meeting with our international clients sometimes (who mostly speak only English).
The main responsibility is to coordinate and support our Surrogates to ensure their process with us is successful and as smooth as possible. This role involves administrative tasks and requires a lot of follow-up with the women to maintain constant communication.
The selected candidate will be trained by our Surrogate Manager and other team members. The training is paid and requires some travel between CDMX and Cancun (paid by the company) and is approximately 30 days.
