You will assist lawyers with various tasks, including legal research, document preparation, and managing client communications. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and has over 2 years of experience in a legal environment. This position offers a flexible work schedule during American business hours and competitive pay on a weekly basis.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience supporting legal professionals.
• Strong skills in legal research and writing.
• Ability to work during American business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct legal research for discovery.
• Draft legal documents and motions.
• Manage emails and phone calls effectively.
• Prepare legal documents and maintain files.
• Schedule meetings and support client billing.

Conocimientos

Fluent in English, written and oral

Experience managing business correspondence in English

Experience supporting lawyers, paralegals, or law firms for 2+ years

Experience in legal research and legal writing (family law)

Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications

Intermediate knowledge of social media management
