A tech-enabled scheduling service is seeking a Remote Home Care Scheduler to manage scheduling for caregivers in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have over a year of experience in home care scheduling, be bilingual in Spanish and English, and possess strong problem-solving skills. Work Arrangement: Fully Remote – Based in the Philippines or LATAM
Job Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week | Shifts: 6am–2pm ET or 2pm–10pm ET | 5 days per week (3 weekdays + 2 weekend days required) | Rotating schedule, with flexibility during peak demand periods and holidays.

Our client is a U.S.-based tech-enabled scheduling service transforming the home care industry. Our AI-powered platform helps agencies ensure reliable caregiver coverage and deliver quality care to clients. They are growing quickly and looking for experienced Remote Home Care Scheduler to join their team and provide high-volume scheduling support for home care agencies.
This is not a typical call center role. Schedulers handle complex scheduling challenges, anticipate problems before they escalate, and partner closely with caregivers, clients, and agency staff to keep care delivery on track.
As a Remote Home Care Scheduler you will be part of our 24/7 scheduling coverage, managing inbound and outbound requests and ensuring seamless care coordination. You’ll work closely with our AI-enhanced platform, stepping in when human judgment and problem-solving are needed.
