A dynamic growth company in Mexico City is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in recruiting for U.S.-based roles, bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong sourcing and organizational skills. This role is on-site only, and offers competitive compensation along with various benefits including medical insurance and vacation days.

Servicios

$20,000 - $22,500 MXN gross monthly salary

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably for U.S.-based roles.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
• Experience in maintaining candidate records and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job postings to offer negotiations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on job requirements.
• Proactively source candidates via multiple channels.
• Maintain excellent candidate experience through clear communication.
• Update and manage the ATS.
