A real estate acquisitions company is hiring bilingual customer service representatives for its marketing and sales departments. Applicants must have prior sales and customer service experience, be fluent in advanced English, and possess excellent communication skills. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM EST, with a 2 weeks non-paid training required. Compensation is $150 weekly, paid bi-weekly.

Formación

• Customer service experience is preferred, ideally for at least 1 year.
• Sales experience is also preferred, ideally for at least 1 year.
• Must be disciplined and comfortable with a structured schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Be punctual and committed to the role.
• Willingness to learn and receive training on a daily basis.
• Speak to potential sellers on a daily basis.

We are a real estate acquisitions company based out of Raleigh, North Carolina, USA with our focus in residential real estate.

Requirements:

• Prior sales and customer service experience + skills are required.
• A strong internet connection and reliable computer.
• No distractions whatsoever + controlled environment to ensure maximum productivity & efficiency.
• Fluent in advanced English language (Both written and verbal)
• Excellent communication skills especially on the phones.
• 100% comfortable with speaking to potential sellers, etc on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible, Punctual, and Committed.
• Willing to learn and train on a daily basis.
• Must be disciplined & able to commit to our working schedule of M-F 8 : 30 AM - 7 : 00 PM EST.
• Willing to undergo 2 weeks non-paid training period in order to gain full-time long term guaranteed employment.

Salary:

$150 Week (Paid Bi-Weekly)
