CondeLeon Investment Group is hiring bilingual customer service representatives for our marketing and sales departments.

We are a real estate acquisitions company based out of Raleigh, North Carolina, USA with our focus in residential real estate.

Requirements

• Prior sales and customer service experience + skills are required.
• A strong internet connection and reliable computer.
• No distractions whatsoever + controlled environment to ensure maximum productivity & efficiency.
• Fluent in advanced English language (Both written and verbal)
• Excellent communication skills especially on the phones.
• 100% comfortable with speaking to potential sellers, etc. on a daily basis.

Mandatory Requirements

• Responsible, Punctual, and Committed.
• Willing to learn and train on a daily basis.
• Must be disciplined & able to commit to our working schedule of M-F 8 : 30 AM - 7 : 00 PM EST.
• Willing to undergo 2 weeks non-paid training period + 30 day trial period (paid but might not be employed past the 30 days if metrics are not hit).

Salary

• $1,400 USD per month salary with potential bonuses per metric hit.
