Formación

• Must be HIPAA-compliant and understand patient confidentiality standards.
• Tech-savvy with strong organization and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to calls, emails, and messages from aides and patients.
• Support aides with payroll and benefits.
• Manage daily attendance dashboard and staff schedules.
• Translate communications between English and Spanish speakers.
