The ideal candidate will facilitate communication for caregivers and consumers, handle administrative tasks, and support Care Coordinators while demonstrating a strong bilingual capability in English and Spanish. Formación

• Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and route incoming calls; assist with general inquiries.
• Support Care Coordinators with caregiver matching tasks.
• Document actions and communications in agency systems.
• Prepare weekly utilization and open shift reports.
