A logistics service provider in Querétaro is looking for a Call Center Advisor to handle incoming breakdown calls and facilitate quick repairs for equipment. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree related to logistics, advanced English proficiency (C1), and automotive knowledge. The schedule consists of nocturnal shifts, and the role involves maintaining contact with drivers and vendors to ensure efficient service. Compensation is MXN 18,500 monthly before taxes, with no bonuses offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree related to logistics from Mexico is required.
• Advanced English proficiency at C1 level is mandatory.
• Automotive and/or diesel mechanic knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming breakdown calls and resolve equipment issues.
• Gather necessary information and route calls to appropriate vendors.
• Follow up to ensure timely problem resolution.
• Maintain contact with drivers and vendors to expedite repairs.
• Locate appropriate vendor to minimize wait time and costs.
• Resolve tire and equipment issues effectively.
