An experienced Banquet Manager will oversee all banquet and event operations in the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, optimizing sales, and aligning staffing with demand.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all banquets and events.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service.
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
  • Propose ideas to enhance the range and quality of conference and banqueting operations.
  • Optimize sales, contain costs, and identify areas for action.
  • Maintain strong communication and relationships with hotel areas, external customers, and suppliers.
  • Ensure continuous training of staff.
  • Conduct communication meetings and generate post‑meeting minutes.
  • Handle staff performance issues in compliance with company policies.
  • Recruit, manage, train, and develop the banquet team.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
Qualifications
