A leading global financial services company is seeking a Cash and Trade Processing Representative in Mexico City. This entry-level role involves processing payments, managing cash activities, and ensuring compliance with policies. Formación

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Excel and banking accounting systems.

Responsabilidades

• Process client and firm payments, receivables, and wholesale card activity.
• Perform cash management operations including cash handling and check processing.
• Monitor compliance with audit and control policies.

Conocimientos

Effective written and verbal communication

Excel intermediate-advanced (pivot tables)

Knowledge of banking accounting systems

Experience in cash management of ATMs

Educación

Descripción del empleo

The Cash and Trade Proc Rep 4 is an entry level role responsible for the processing of all regular, restricted and legal transfers in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to perform moderately complex cash & trade operation tasks, by providing processing assistance for assigned projects.

Responsibilities

• Process client and firm payments, receivables, trade transactions, liquidity flows and wholesale card activity
• Provide instructions for a variety of tasks, including receipts and authentication, processing and recording, and reporting and reconciliation
• Perform cash management operations, including cash handling, check processing, return items and lock-box operations
• Participate in UAT, implementation, and assist with training new team members including training initiatives as required
• Monitor and report errors to ensure adherence to audit and control policies
• Follow procedures and controls required for custody accounts
• Provide feedback on project related activities
• Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience

• Analizar en sistema si se tiene el efectivo necesario para la dotación de cajeros automaticos.
• Administración de efectivo
• Atención a CPAES Virtuales
• Línea de administración de efectivo y saldos
• Pronóstico de efectivo
• Realizar formatos de entrega a compañía de traslado de valores
• Seguimiento con compañía de traslado de valores
• Verificación / Recuerdo / Clasificación de efectivo a través de sistema.
• Revisar información, hacer cruces y tablas dinámicas sobre dotacion, sobrantes, saldos final.

Requisitos

• Excel intermedio- avanzado (tablas dinámicas, cruces de información)
• Conocimiento en sistemas contables bancarios
• Experiencia en administración de efectivo de cajeros automáticos.
