A global manufacturing company in Ciénega de Flores is seeking an Associate Procurement professional to support purchasing functions. Key responsibilities include data analysis of procurement processes, maintaining records for compliance, and liaising with suppliers. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in relevant areas and an intermediate level of English. This full-time position requires on-site work during weekdays with no travel involved.

Role Definition

The Associate Procurement plays a critical role in supporting the purchasing function by ensuring efficient processes, accurate data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position contributes to operational excellence by assisting buyers and procurement professionals, maintaining compliance with corporate standards, and enabling cost-effective and timely sourcing strategies.

What you will do
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Perform detailed analysis of procurement processes, supplier performance, and cost structures to support strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records and dashboards for assigned process areas, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal policies.
Supplier & Customer Support
  • Provide pricing information and assist in supplier selection for customer proposals and internal projects.
  • Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or documentation.
Strategic Initiatives & Administration
  • Support purchasing strategic initiatives through analytical and administrative tasks, including cost optimization projects and supplier development programs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by participating in cross-functional projects and Lean activities.
Degree Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in international business, Administration, Industrial Engineering or related.
  • Intermediate English-speaking level is required.

Additional Information
  • The location for this position is Cienega de Flores, Nuevo Leon. Required to work 5 days on-site.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm.
  • This position will not require travel.
  • Relocation is not available.
