Accountabilities
  • Platform administration: Configure and maintain Veeva QDocs and Veeva QMS, including settings, roles, permissions, master data, interfaces, and enhancements.
  • LIMS support: Support, maintain, and develop LabWare LIMS, focusing on configuration, LIMS Basic, instrument integrations, stability and sample lifecycle workflows, and data interfaces.
  • Compliance and quality: Ensure alignment with regulatory standards and internal quality procedures; contribute to root cause analysis and CAPA.
  • Process optimization: Partner with cross‑functional teams to streamline quality workflows and improve document management.
  • AI and automation: Define and deliver AI use cases such as intelligent virtual assistants, knowledge bases, NLP search/Q&A, auto‑triage, duplicate detection, embedded copilots, and build low‑code/no‑code or scripted automations for provisioning, workflow updates, data quality checks, and routine LIMS operations.
  • Operational excellence: Work within ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge), maintain runbooks, and continuously improve knowledge articles—using AI to identify gaps and draft content for SME review.
  • Reliability and DevOps: Use GitHub for version control of scripts/configuration and support CI/CD for automation deployments.
Essential Skills/Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in application support/engineering in life sciences, pharma, or regulated environments.
  • Veeva proficiency: Hands‑on with Veeva QMS and Veeva QDocs configuration and administration.
  • LIMS experience: Exposure to LabWare LIMS (configuration, LIMS Basic, integrations, sample lifecycle/stability workflows).
  • Quality mindset: Understanding of quality management principles and compliance in GxP contexts.
  • Automation skills: Ability to script or configure APIs, scheduled jobs, and data quality checks, and integrate with enterprise automation platforms.
  • AI awareness: Familiarity with AI tools that improve support efficiency (intelligent search, summarization, predictive analytics, automated ticket handling).
  • ITIL familiarity: Experience operating within ITIL processes and using ticketing/knowledge systems.
  • Collaboration: Great communication skills (clear written and verbal), with the flexibility to work across cultures and time zones.
  • Team fit: Willingness to learn, positive attitude, and easy to work with—able to collaborate and work independently when needed.
Desirable Skills/Experience
  • Experience enabling AI‑ready events from LIMS and embedding copilots in Veeva/LIMS UIs.
  • Exposure to instrument integration standards and data pipelines.
  • Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tooling.
