A leading toy manufacturing company in Mexico City is seeking an Associate Manager to support regional analytics strategy. This role involves transforming data into insights for commercial decisions, identifying risks and opportunities, and collaborating with teams to enhance strategies. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of experience in business analysis, a background in FMCG or luxury industries, and strong skills in data analysis tools like Excel and Google BigQuery. Bilingual in Spanish and English is essential.

The Associate Manager supports the regional analytics strategy by transforming market, retailer, and internal data into clear insights that enable commercial decisions across LATAM. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, this role leads planning tools and executive dashboards, tracks POS and Gross Billings performance to identify short- and long-term risks and opportunities and proactively surfaces whitespaces with actionable recommendations.
