YOUR MISSION:

Support the Store Manager in strategic management and sales promotion to meet or exceed goals, KPIs, and profitability targets, positioning PUMA as the fastest sports brand in the world.

YOUR TALENT:

  • Ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective short- and medium-term planning, expense control, sales, and service.
  • Maintain high standards of customer experience aligned with PUMA's brand values and service standards.
  • Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, training, developing, and replacing high-performing staff, managing results and team members.
  • Spend 90% of work hours on the sales floor engaging with customers, selling, and coaching employees.
  • Act as Store Manager in their absence.
  • Assist in preparing and managing performance reviews timely.
  • Manage payroll and scheduling to drive sales and ensure store profitability while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ensure local and global training programs are completed successfully to enhance store performance.
  • Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to impact and drive the business.
  • Monitor loss prevention efforts and ensure store security.
  • Handle merchandise entry and exit processes.
  • Achieve or surpass inventory goals; oversee physical counts.
  • Communicate product opportunities to the Store Manager.
  • Support in executing marketing initiatives and events within budget and policies.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with PR and marketing teams.
