A leading call center is seeking motivated individuals for remote outbound calling positions. Candidates should have a strong background in appointment setting and cold calling, specifically within roofing or related campaigns. The role offers significant earning potential, with commissions based on performance. New employees will receive structured training and ongoing coaching to enhance their skills and achieve their earnings goals, aiming for $1k–$1.5k weekly.

Formación

• 2+ years of outbound cold calling or appointment setting experience.
• Experience with roofing, solar, or storm campaigns preferred.
• Reliable setup required: 8GB+ RAM computer, USB headset, wired internet.

What You’ll Do

• Use proven scripts, flows, and objection handlers that WORK
• Join daily coaching sessions to sharpen your skills
• Hit performance targets and watch your weekly pay climb

What You’ll Earn

• Daily Commission Structure: 1–2 valid appointments: $45 each
• 3 valid appointments: $50 each
• 4+ valid appointments: $55 each
• Weekly commissions are paid every Monday
• NO earnings cap
