A global technology firm located in Reynosa, Tamaulipas is seeking a skilled ERP Support Specialist responsible for maintaining essential procurement parameters and ensuring data integrity within systems. The ideal candidate must hold a relevant engineering degree and possess knowledge in BOM management and ERP. Candidates should be detail-oriented, team players, and effective communicators. Formación

  • Bachelor's degree required, majoring in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.

Job Summary

The role is responsible for providing support on all Organization CCO’s containing Buyer Planner, Routing and Sourcing Rule tasks. The role ensures accurate Part Set up in ERP Systems within the turnaround time, adhering to defined processes and maintaining data integrity across systems.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain ERP item attribute pertaining to procurement parameters such as price, lead time, MOQ, DRI code, price break supplier information, and others as specified.
  • Gather, scrub, and manipulate data to generate average to complex reports and analysis related to Part and Supplier requirements.
  • Ensure predefined processes are followed to guarantee the accuracy of information.
  • Maintain task tracking sheets for CO/NRCO, input new items, monitor stakeholder approvals and aging, and close items.
  • Maintain documented process instructions and update them in a timely manner.
  • Spearhead execution of Commercialization Change Orders on the established ERP system (Oracle EBS Alice) in a timely manner.
  • Review Alice Attachment CCB reports of each CO in PD Cloud to ensure all items are pushed to EBS Alice successfully.
  • Verify the number of affected items on the CO matches the “Revised items” on the CCO.
  • Check each Process Control Code (PCC) of revised items listed on the CCO to match PCC code in the CO; if mismatched, apply the correct User Item Type template.
  • Verify BOM redline changes pushed into EBS Alice Inventory org where the item is assigned; if assigned on multiple inventory orgs, each must be checked.
  • Complete CCO Pre-Enrichment tasks, reviewing CCO tasks, assigning CCO task assignees, and adding all CCO Task Assignees to the workflow tab of the CCO.
  • Monitor all related CCO’s and their completion status, sending follow‑up emails to CCO task assignees periodically.
  • Manually promote the enrichment level of all open CCO’s.
  • Run the Item Completeness report to verify ERP and PLM scores for each item on the CCO.
  • Set items to active status once the item completeness report shows a passing score.
  • Load production BOMs into the ERP system (Oracle EBS Alice) to support established effectivity dates on Change Orders (NPD and Sustaining changes).
  • Periodically audit item attributes and information to ensure accuracy.
  • Process Special Feature Authorizations (SFA) released by Applications Engineering.
  • Set up new manufacturer information on Oracle PD Cloud.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree major in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Basic knowledge and experience in Bill of Materials (BOM) management and item creation on ERP systems, item attribution setup and maintenance, product development, and BOM structure and item attributes (Required).
  • Basic knowledge and experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes (Required).
  • Basic knowledge and experience in Engineering Change Order management processes (Required).
  • Good understanding of manufacturing operations and processes (Preferred).
  • Knowledgeable in Oracle Product Development module and Oracle E‑Business Suite, or other Oracle‑based configuration tools (Preferred).
  • Knowledge and experience in Power BI (Preferred).
  • Knowledge and experience in Smartsheet (Preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of AC Power & Thermal NA products, manufacturing, and sales processes (Preferred).
  • Strong knowledge and experience in using MS Office and MS Teams (Required).
