Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your financial control and program management expertise in a new cutting‑edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, analytical, and committed teammates. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the financial success of R&D programs, fostering transparency, collaboration, and value creation. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Program Managers, operational teams, and specialized finance functions), providing reliable financial analysis for decision‑making, managing key performance indicators (KPIs), supporting program reviews, and much more.

Responsibilities
  • Actively contributing to the performance and continuous improvement of R&D programs.
  • Managing the financial aspects and key performance indicators (KPIs) of R&D programs.
  • Preparing presentations for the Product Review Board (PRB) and the Program Authorization Board (PAB).
  • Advising and mentoring management and operational teams on financial matters.
  • Collaborating with specialized financial teams for comprehensive program analysis.
  • Supporting risk and opportunity evaluations with the Program Manager.
  • Providing accurate data for R&D budgeting processes.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure reliable financial analysis for decision‑making.
  • Supporting the implementation of new program management methods and tools.
  • Coordinating budget cycles, including annual budgets, three‑year plans, and year‑end forecasts.
All about you
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience or understanding of financial management in projects, preferably in R&D or industrial environments.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis tools and budgeting processes.
  • Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) and project management tools.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and act as a strategic partner for operational and management teams.
  • Competence in preparing and presenting detailed and transparent financial reports.
  • Ability to identify risks and opportunities in financial project management.
  • Adaptability to implement new management methods and tools.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
