About the role:

Reporting to the General Manager Latam, as Alliance Manager Brazil you will be responsible for the achievement of sales growth for the business in Brazil, and will be instrumental in ensuring ambitious performance objectives are met across the country.

These objectives include the achievement of Company revenue and profit targets and maximizing growth opportunities in Brazil.

As Alliance Manager, you will ensure adherence to Pharmanovia's values and policies and to business conduct requirements and legislation, and work to ensure a strong and collaborative team working culture and strategic alignment to Company strategies and initiatives.

Main responsibilities & duties:
  • Drive sales of our product portfolio in Brazil, achieving annual targets in terms of top line and profitability
  • Manage sales with the partners and follow up in-market sales through all channels
  • Identifying, proposing, and implementing novel ways to grow our business organically, including new product opportunities, sales and marketing initiatives at various level and targeting different audiences of HCPs
  • Proactively identify risks and challenges, and effectively elevate issues in a timely manner
  • Manage business planning and budgeting, in terms of volume and profitability for BrazilEnsure effective sales process management, forecasting and reporting accuracy
  • Nurture and manage existing relationships, to ensure longevity of profitable partnerships
About you:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or marketing discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years' alliance management / commercial / marketing
  • 2+ years pharmaceutical sector experience
  • Knowledge of Brazilian pharma market, with experience of selling mature / established off-patent brands, or branded generics, and their introduction into the Brazilian market
  • Experience of developing and implementing sales strategy ideally in the context of branded generics and / or specialty products, as well as managing P&L
  • Developed skills and experience in managing sales through multiple channels in the public and private sector
  • An understanding of new product development and the role and activities associated with entering a market and product launch
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams; able to lead via influence vs. line authority
  • Excellent critical thinking skills; ability to make quantitative and qualitative assessments and recommend what is best for Pharmanovia
  • Pragmatic, with an enjoyment of getting involved in the growth of the business, working in a matrix organisation
  • Results-driven, with experience and / or relevant skills in terms of working and partnering with external, client stakeholders as well as internal teams.
  • Data-driven in decision making, with the ability to analyse complex situations, focus on the key issues and communicate within the team with clarity and conciseness
