An automotive leader in Toluca seeks an APRM to manage Aftersales Engineering products and services for a vehicle program. The role involves documentation, issue analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Required is a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business and strong analytical skills. Descripción del empleo

The APRM leads the planning and management of all Aftersales Engineering products and services (e.g., Owner Manual, Service Instructions, Diagnostic Software, Special Tools, etc.) for a vehicle program to ensure availability at launch.

  • Responsible for documenting the global workshare for Aftersales Engineering development and validation activities.
  • Monitors and supervises the development of deliverables in terms of timing and content to ensure meeting the milestones defined in the Global Vehicle Development Process (GVDP).
  • Responsible for issue analysis and problem solving.

The APRM is the CCA "single point contact" representative at the Product Execution Teams / Vehicle and Process Integration Review and Program Quality and Readiness Reviews. The APRM must work closely with multifunctional teams to address outstanding and dynamic program issues.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Serving as an escalation point for CCA issues to the program team.
  • Reporting the status of vehicle service and parts readiness to CCA Leadership.
  • Leading the acquisition of vehicles, hardware, specifications, and data needed to support service and parts readiness activities.
  • Providing Aftersales mentorship to the Product Development Change Request/Decision Notice (CR/DN) process.
  • Maintaining key program data and information.
  • Providing and coordinating vehicle-level serviceability requirements, including development, communication, and validation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • High level of analytical ability for solving complex and unusual problems.
  • Excellent organization, written, and oral communication skills in English.
  • Proven knowledge of vehicle systems.
  • Working technical knowledge with prior automotive service or engineering experience.
  • Excellent customer focus.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with global partners to achieve mutual goals.
