In this vital role, you will drive operational excellence through the implementation of Toyota Production System principles. Responsibilities include leading improvement projects, coaching teams in problem-solving, and supporting quality initiatives. Candidates must have at least 7 years of manufacturing experience, expertise in TPS, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. This position requires proximity to Saltillo for effective collaboration.

Formación

• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing.
• Demonstrated expertise in Toyota Production System principles and tools.
• Experience working with precision tolerances and quality requirements.

• Lead kaizen events and improvement projects aligned with TPS principles.
• Train and mentor teams in problem-solving using Toyota Business Practices.
