A multinational FMCG company is seeking an experienced accountant to manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of accounting experience, particularly in supervisory roles within similar companies. Proficiency in accounting software and regulations is required. Your role at Clorox:

Responsible of the daily operations regarding AP/Cost/Bank/Fixed Assets, ensure accurate and timely month-end closing processes, provide professional guidance to other functional team related accounting process.

In this role, you will:

1）Managing the full cycle of accounts payable activities.

• Ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Preparing and reviewing accounts payable reports.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

2）Responsible for the preparation and analysis of cost reports.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate cost allocation.
• Ensuring accurate cost accounting records and reports.
• Maintain BOM in system and the budget of LTP/MTP.

3）Support the general ledger accounting functions.

• Conducting accounting in accordance with local accounting standards.
• Ensuring accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Preparing monthly account reconciliation and resolving any discrepancies.

4）Responsible for cash management.

• Managing bank accounts.
• Ensuring sufficient funds are available for operational needs.

5）Responsible for the booking of company's fixed assets.

• Recording the cost of newly acquired fixed assets.
• Ensuring accurate records and compliance with local GAAP.
• Conducting periodic physical counts.

6） Supporting internal and external audit.

What we look for:

At least 5 years of experience in accounting. Experience in supervisory roles in multinational FMCG company is preferred.

• Proficiency with accounting software, Usoft is preferred.
• Proficiency with local accounting and tax standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skill and teamwork.
• Fluent in written and spoken English is preferred.

Hybrid - 3 days on-site, 2 days WFH
