The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in accounting analysis and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel are essential. What Your Impact Will Be

• Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements, collaborate in the preparation of budgets and financial projections.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for the conduct of audits.
• Month-end closing activities: Preparation and review of accounting journal entries for the company´s financial transactions in accordance with internal policies and accounting standards
• Perform accounting reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of the records
• Ensure compliance with current tax and accounting regulations
• Collaboration: Partner with all financial areas to ensure accurate tracking of P&L lines and alignment on financial objectives.
• Scenario Analysis: Assess various financial scenarios to aid in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in accounting analysis, preferably within the consumer goods industry or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Proficiency in accounting basis, financial statements preparation, and advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with Oracle System is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and synthesize insights from financial areas
