In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing new client relationships and nurturing existing accounts. You will collaborate closely with internal delivery teams to design tailored solutions, proposals, and pricing strategies that meet client needs. Your work will directly impact revenue generation, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships. This role combines proactive new business development with strategic account management, requiring a mix of sales expertise, industry knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills. You will manage the full client lifecycle—from pitch and onboarding to expansion—ensuring seamless delivery and value creation. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial, with opportunities to contribute meaningfully to both client success and company growth.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, pitching, and proposal creation.
  • Support contract negotiations and collaborate with clients to finalize agreements.
  • Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to the delivery teams.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, establishing trust and credibility from the outset.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to strategic roadmaps for future projects.
  • Work closely with project managers and delivery experts to ensure proper resourcing and high-quality execution.
  • Maintain high standards of client experience, ensuring long-term satisfaction and engagement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in a client-facing, sales-focused role, preferably in technology or digital marketing.
  • Strong background in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development with the ability to understand technical concepts and customer engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with at least two of the following areas is beneficial: CRM and customer engagement strategy, MarTech (CDP, CEP, Marketing Cloud), customer data management, or data analytics and reporting.
  • Demonstrated sales acumen with experience in consultative selling and meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a proactive approach to transitioning accounts from sales to delivery.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear, persuasive presentations.
