A professional services agency is looking for an Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing. As an Account Executive, your mission is to convert inbound and warm leads into happy paying clients. You'll own the full sales cycle – from discovery to demo to follow-up to close.
This is a client-facing, revenue-driving role. Clear communication, confidence on calls, and a love for closing deals are critical.
Follow up and close new clients consistently
Qualify leads and manage a tight pipeline to hit monthly targets
Collaborate with marketing and CS teams to ensure smooth handoff post-sale
Follow up with warm leads and no-shows using your own CRM process
Run weekly pipeline reviews and forecast upcoming deals
Work closely with client success for smooth onboarding post-sale
Suggest improvements to sales scripts, objection handling, and follow-up strategy
Stay sharp on Agency Workplaces' offer, client results, and positioning
Reply to DMs, emails, and inbound interest
Send proposals and recap emails after demos
Log notes in our CRM (we keep it simple)
Review sales metrics and improve close rates
Share ideas with the GTM team on messaging & positioning
