A leading global technology company is offering a full-time position in their Accelerate Development Trainee Program focused on logistics. This 18 to 24-month program is designed for visionary leaders ready to excel in global supply chain management. Candidates will gain exposure to Bosch products and processes while developing skills in Inventory Control, Lean Manufacturing, and Project Management. By the end of the program, successful trainees will transition into a role as Process & Operations Engineers, supported by high-level mentorship and guaranteed career acceleration.

Formación

What is the Accelerate Development Program?

The Accelerate Development Program (ADP) is a structured development program designed to build a strong pipeline of local talent for critical positions within Bosch.

• Focused on external local talent (Mexican professionals)
• Promotes professional development, enabling deep exposure to Bosch products, processes, and technologies
• 18 to 24 months in duration, with structured rotations across locations, departments, and roles

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in Logistics or Manufacturing environments (Middle level).
• Proven expertise in Inventory Control and Warehouse Management.
• Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen, TPM, Pull System).
• Hands-on experience with Material Flow Design and Value Stream Mapping (VSM/VSD).
• Project Management proficiency (from conception to implementation).
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and SAP modules.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
• Ability to manage indirect personnel, influence cross-functional teams, and lead change management.
• Professional fluency in English.
