As a contractor, you'll interact with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat or email, assisting them with all their needs.
The relationship between you and Omni Interactions is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor or freelancer for the duration of your partnership with Omni. Omni Interactions will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with Omni Interactions. Upon receiving your contract, you will be required to agree that you have no claim against Omni Interactions, either under this agreement or otherwise, for vacation pay, statutory holiday pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, contributions to the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime pay, or any other employee benefits as required under Mexican labor laws or regulations.
