A growing international company based in Milan is seeking a NetSuite Developer to join their internal ERP team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the development, customization, and integration of NetSuite across multiple business units.

• Design, develop, and maintain NetSuite customisations using SuiteScript 2.0
• Build and optimise Celigo integrations with other SaaS platforms (CRM, Billing, HR)
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis
• Support NetSuite updates, testing, and performance optimization
• Contribute to ongoing implementation projects involving financials, P2P, O2C, R2R, and inventory management modules
• Collaborate with Finance & Operations teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Support automation initiatives and process improvements across core Finance functions

• Minimum 3 years’ NetSuite development experience
• Strong technical skills in SuiteScript 2.0 and integration tools (Celigo preferred)
• Solid understanding of NetSuite modules (Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, Revenue Recognition, Subscription Billing)
• Experience with APIs, workflows, saved searches, and reporting
• Problem‑solving mindset, proactive approach, and strong communication skills
