NewCold Ferentino is NewCold's automated cold storage facility. It will be operated to support the production and supply chain activities of leading food processors in the region. The empowered NewCold Ferentino operations team is responsible to safely operate, maintain the cold store and provide excellent logistics services to our customers.
- Ensure all electrical and mechanical systems are maintained and functioning to a high level to have maximum operational efficacy (examples: cooling system, conveyors, cranes, etc.)
- Respect maintenance plans according to priority indicated by maintenance coordinator
- Update records of maintenance tasks completed and ensure all routine works are checked
- Report any problems to the manager
- Maintain good inventory of engineering spare parts, tools and equipment according to weekly plans received
- Respond efficiently to breakdown conditions to minimize equipment downtime
- Liaise with maintenance supplier's workers to identify the impact of breakdown events
- Under breakdown conditions, advise management teams about options to solve
- Ability to manage height operations and rescue
- Always work safely and notify any safety concerns
- Follow all procedures according to legislation and the company QHSE policies and working instructions
- Be available to support structural site maintenance (e.g., doors, panels, ramps, hydraulics, green area, etc.)
