We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment process flow transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that equipment tools and machine tools are in good condition for use. Proposing plans for preventive maintenance and corrective action.
• Exchanging data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products processes and procedures.
• Handling standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning.
• Coordinating and verifying the work of external contractors.
• Analyzing and diagnosing cause of malfunctions failures and repetitive manufacturing problems and recommend and implement proper corrective actions.
• Liaising with production and all functions colleagues dealing with emergencies unplanned problems and repairs.
• Reading equipment manuals and understand technical drawings such as P&ID hydraulic schematics electrical wiring diagrams to quickly identify and find solutions for faults.
• Understanding PLCs and ISO language programs automation system CNC.

To be successful in this role you will

• Be time served in Mechatronics Electronics or Electrical Engineering or have an equivalent high school / college diploma.
• Have proven experience in a similar role
• Have good oral and written communication skills.
• Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Be able to work independently.
• Have good problem-solving skills.
• Be willing to work shifts Day Shift Evening Shift and Nightshift.
