Sales Person
Palera Milano is a luxury fashion brand based in Milan, dedicated to crafting exquisite handbags, jewelry accessories, and home décor. As we expand our presence, we are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team.
- Assist customers, providing excellent service and brand storytelling.
- Drive sales and work towards achieving set targets.
- Build and maintain client relationships, creating a client database for future outreach.
- Follow up on client requests and ensure a personalized shopping experience.
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including merchandising and stock management.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Previous sales experience in fashion, luxury, or retail.
- Sales-driven mindset, comfortable working on targets.
- Experience in clientelling and building long-term customer relationships.
- Fluent in Italian & English (additional languages are a plus).
- Based in Florence.
- Work in a luxury retail environment.
