Your Mission

As a Sales Representative, you will support the sales and promotion of XCMG earthmoving equipment, with a focus on excavators and wheel loaders, within the Italian territory, contributing to the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting and developing sales activities through the dealer network
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers to drive commercial performance and market presence
  • Supporting product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions in collaboration with the technical team
  • Maintaining regular contact with key customers and major rental companies to understand their needs and generate new business opportunities
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, dealer performance, and customer feedback, providing structured input to the sales team
Your Profile
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales roles within construction equipment, earthmoving machinery
  • Background in excavators, wheel loaders, or similar machinery is a strong advantage
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience in the industry
  • Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial mindset with good market awareness and customer focus
  • Willingness to travel across Italy and occasionally abroad
