Business Development Representative Location : Hybrid – Milan, Italy, Contract : Full-time

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound calls and personalized emails
• Qualify leads from website forms and industry events
• Use LinkedIn and other platforms to engage in social selling and nurture relationships
• Collaborate with account managers and leadership team to ensure smooth client transitions
• Maintain a consistent sales pipeline, meet activity and conversion KPIs and update the CRM system regularly

• You have 1–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation or similar roles (experience in media, advertising or SaaS is a plus)
• You’re motivated by goals, proactive, and comfortable with cold outreach
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment
• Experience or interest in luxury, fashion, design, PR, advertising or international publishing is a plus
