About Aethos Monterosa

In the middle of the Aosta Valley below the Monte Rosa and Cervino glaciers lies Aethos Monterosa. A 30-room five-star luxury resort with two F&B outlets, a SPA, and its own climbing and ice climbing wall. We are currently on a pre-winter season break, and when we reopen, the hotel has to be filled with life and a new team!The essence of great hospitality will however always be an outstanding team. That's why we are looking for you!

• Room Cleaning and Maintenance: Do you have an eye for detail and a commitment to cleanliness? You’ll be responsible for thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms. Your goal is to create a spotless and inviting environment for our guests.
• Linen and Towel Management: Are you organized and efficient? You’ll handle the changing and replenishing of linens, towels, and other amenities, ensuring that each room is fully stocked and ready for the next guest.
• Common Area Upkeep: Ready to keep our entire property looking its best? You’ll also maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and lounges, ensuring that our hotel always presents itself in the best possible light.
• Guest Requests and Service: Do you take pride in going above and beyond for guests? You’ll respond to guest requests for extra amenities, such as pillows, blankets, or toiletries, and ensure their needs are met promptly and courteously.
• Inventory Management: Are you proactive and resourceful? You’ll keep track of cleaning supplies and report when inventory needs to be replenished, ensuring that you always have what you need to maintain the high standards of our hotel.
• Attention to Detail: Do you take satisfaction in a job well done? You’ll conduct final inspections of rooms to make sure they meet our high standards before guests arrive, ensuring that every detail is perfect.
• Team Collaboration: Are you a team player? You’ll work closely with the rest of the housekeeping team and other hotel staff, contributing to a supportive and efficient work environment.

• Fluent in English & Italian is a must
• 1+ years of hospitality experience is a plus
• A passion for cleanliness and attention to detail that ensures every room is perfect.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role, including standing, walking, and lifting.
• A friendly and positive attitude, with a dedication to providing excellent guest service.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• A proactive and responsible approach to your work.
