Established Search is excited to be exclusively partnered with an innovative organization in the surgical ophthalmology space, dedicated to bringing improved vision and quality of life to those with untreatable retinal disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with implanting centres and rehabilitation teams.
• Provide hands-on training to clinical personnel, including visual rehab and low vision professionals.
• Support and oversee the entire patient journey, from selection to surgery and long-term rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with commercial and medical teams to activate new treatment centres.
• Engage with patient groups, doctors, and referral networks to raise awareness and improve access to care.
• Facilitate communication between surgical and rehab teams to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Coordinate patient testimonials for awareness campaigns.
• Serve as a key contact for patient support challenges and incident reporting.

Qualifications:

• Degree or qualification in Orthoptics, Optics, or a related low vision field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in medical devices and/or pharmaceuticals, ideally within ophthalmology.
• 3–5 years’ experience in low vision rehabilitation.

• Effective project management skills, experienced with multidisciplinary teams.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in the local language and proficient in English.
• Comfortable with MS Office; a tech-savvy mindset is a plus.
