We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of the core back‑end systems that power the automated optimization of modern applications.

You’ll work on a highly innovative platform that uses AI to automate observability, testing, and tuning of software stacks.

You’ll collaborate with a talented and experienced engineering team to design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and APIs.

This role is a great opportunity to grow your skills in software development, DevOps practices, and performance engineering, while working closely with Product Managers and end users.

As a Software Engineer, you will :

• Contribute to the development of our product by writing code that is easy to test, ship, and maintain.
• Participate in code reviews to share and establish coding practices.
• Participate in team rituals such as daily stand-ups, planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Work with product and engineering teams to refine feature requirements and design.
• Support testing and deployment of features using modern CI / CD tools.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to evaluate design choices and evolutions with scalability, reliability, and security in mind.

• A degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• 2-5 years of experience in backend or full‑stack development (internships included)
• Passion for building impactful applications at scale, applying state of the art code practices and tools.
• Experience with Java programming.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with Git and version control practices.
• Interest in working with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about cloud technologies, performance engineering, and DevOps practices.

• Experience with Spring framework and non‑relational databases such as Elasticsearch.
• Experience with Python programming language.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Exposure to CI / CD pipelines and test automation tools.
• Interest in performance tuning and / or machine learning concepts.
