A growing technology company is expanding its ServiceNow Practice and seeks a Junior ServiceNow Developer in Italy. - Support the configuration and development of ServiceNow applications (ITSM, CSM, or other modules)
- Participate in requirements gathering and assist in creating technical documentation
- Collaborate with senior developers and consultants to deliver quality solutions
- Learn and apply ITIL and service management best practices
- Work on integrations and workflows under the guidance of experienced team members
- At least 1 year of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting tools (Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, etc.)
- Understanding of ITIL practices and service management concepts
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative
