cloud37 is expanding its ServiceNow Practice and we’re looking for a Junior ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team.

If you have at least 1 year of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow and hold a CSA certification, this is a great opportunity to accelerate your career and work on enterprise projects in a collaborative, international environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the configuration and development of ServiceNow applications (ITSM, CSM, or other modules)
  • Participate in requirements gathering and assist in creating technical documentation
  • Collaborate with senior developers and consultants to deliver quality solutions
  • Learn and apply ITIL and service management best practices
  • Work on integrations and workflows under the guidance of experienced team members
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 1 year of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting tools (Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, etc.)
  • Understanding of ITIL practices and service management concepts
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proactive, autonomous, and strong team player
  • Self‑motivated with a passion for continuous learning.
  • Fluent in Italian and English
