What Will You Do?

Our technology and product teams are building a platform of solutions that will help accommodation providers optimise the way they run their business. We are investing a lot in R&D with the intention to double the amount of products we host on our platform, and as such we are expanding our engineering team.

We are looking for a Product Developer to join our product teams, building end-to-end features across the stack with Node.js and Vue.js. You'll work closely with Product Managers, thrive in ambiguity, use AI tools daily (and yes this is a requirement), and own real product decisions — no perfect specs, just impact.

You will be responsible for:

• Owning end-to-end development of features across frontend and backend
• Collaborating closely with Product Managers to shape product direction, even in the absence of full specs or design mockups
• Building user-facing features, internal tools, and scalable backend services using AI-assisted development
• Making product decisions independently, with an eye toward impact, performance, and usability
• Using prompting and AI tools as part of your daily engineering workflow
• Navigating ambiguity with confidence, speed, and creativity
• Being part of a lean, fast-moving team where each engineer delivers at 2–3x thanks to strong AI integration
  
  
  

What Are We Looking For?

• 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and Vue.js (Vue 2 or 3)
• Experience working in product-centric environments, ideally with startup or scale-up culture
• Confidence in building without detailed specs — you're comfortable talking to PMs and defining solutions together
• Solid experience working with AI-powered developer tools and prompt-based workflows
• Autonomy and strong decision-making skills — you act like an owner
• A mindset geared toward learning, iteration, and fast execution
