Remote Incident Manager — ITIL & Incident Response
Job summary
An IT consulting company in Italy is seeking an experienced Incident Manager to join their remote team. The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in IT Service Management, with a solid understanding of ITIL processes. Responsibilities include managing incident resolution and communicating with stakeholders. A good command of both Italian and English is required, along with proficiency in ITSM tools. Qualifications

- Document incident details and facilitate post-incident reviews.
