Responsibilities
- Assistere il Manager nella gestione operativa di un team nazionale di professionisti medici.
- Fornire supporto telefonico e web ai pazienti, motivandoli durante la terapia.
- Collaborare con psicologi, nutrizionisti, infermieri e biologi.
- Offrire supporto emotivo e psicologico ai pazienti.
- Fornire assistenza tecnica per i dispositivi medici.

- Assist Manager in the operational management of a national team of medical professionals.
- Participate in training courses for the execution of duties.
- Provide telephone and web support to patients, motivating them during therapy.
- Support patients via phone or web for the use of medical devices.
- Collaborate with psychologists, nutritionists, nurses, and biologists.
- Offer emotional and psychological support to patients.
- Provide technical assistance for medical devices used by diabetic patients.
- Degree in Psychology or Nursing (registered with the professional board).
- Good command of English.
- Precision, flexibility, and problem‑solving skills.
- Teamwork orientation, proactivity.
- Stress management with strong communicative and relational abilities.
- Empathetic and communicative capacities.
- Shift work, 4‑hour rotations.
- Monthly planning of shifts from 00:00 to 24:00, distributed weekly; daytime shifts (7‑20) are office work, night shifts (20‑8) are smart‑working on weekends.
- Part‑time 50% contract, 4/6‑month term with possible extension and internal growth.
- PC and phone provided.
