As a Junior Marketing Specialist - Intern at Guidance, you will be part of a creative and

dynamic team working on the forefront of digital customer acquisition. You will assist in

the development and execution of go-to-market and lead generation campaigns, conduct

customer profile analysis, and contribute to our clients' growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead Generation Campaign Development & Execution: Support the planning,

development, and execution of lead generation campaigns across channels, including

Direct Email Marketing, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and social media. Assist in managing

budgets, tracking performance, and making real-time adjustments to optimize reach,

targeting, and conversion based on customer insights.

● Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to create and refine marketing content,

including ad copy, landing pages, and promotional materials, ensuring all content

resonates with target audiences and aligns with client goals.

● Data Collection & Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance metrics,

including engagement, reach, and ROI. Provide regular insights and recommendations

based on data analysis to inform and improve future campaigns.

Additional Duties

● Track project timelines and maintain meeting notes from client meetings.

● Conduct competitor, industry, and customer profile research to inform campaign

strategies.

● Perform keyword analysis and support SEO-optimized content production.
