REMEMBER: Before applying, you must inform your direct supervisor and/or Hotel Director, and your HR manager of your interest in participating in the internal selection process. Your line manager will not have the authority to authorize or halt your application, but must be properly informed.

The Night Manager will ensure the proper functioning of the department during the night hours, taking care and guaranteeing the complete satisfaction and safety of the Guests.

• Know and manage all Front Office operations (check-in, check-out, cash operations, etc.), in full operational autonomy.
• Carry out administrative closure activities, according to company policies and procedures.
• Proactively identify and manage issues to prevent complaints from Guests.
• Ensure the health and safety of the hotel at night.
• Printing of arrivals and departures scheduled for the following day.
• Compilation of company reports and handover for the following morning's shift.

• Professional knowledge of the English language, knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered a plus.
• Good knowledge of Opera PMS.
• Previous experience in the same position in hotels of the same category.
• Reliability, problem solving skills.
