A global service provider is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to provide professional support through various channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, previous customer service experience, and the ability to work remotely. Responsibilities include delivering customer support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate records. This is a full-time position based in Milan.
Qualifications
- Native / fluent proficiency in Italian with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Good English for collaboration with international colleagues.
- Previous customer service / support experience is desirable.
Responsabilités
- Deliver customer support in Italian via chat, phone and email.
- Communicate confidently and professionally at all times.
- Troubleshoot and escalate customer issues as required.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in CRM systems.
- Support ongoing improvement initiatives within the service team.
