A global tech and e-commerce company is looking for support staff fluent in Italian for customer service roles in Portugal. This position offers a €2,000 welcome bonus, flight reimbursement, meal allowances, and health insurance. Candidates should be fluent in both Italian and English, with a preference for those with previous customer service experience. The role involves assisting customers via various channels and collaborating with international teams.

- Assist Italian-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Resolve account, order, or product queries with empathy.
