A global consumer health company is seeking a Sales Agent to establish and grow its brand in Italy. This role involves developing relationships with key retailers and managing e-commerce platforms while driving brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have a successful track record in B2B sales, strong connections within the Italian retail market, and the capability to work independently. The position offers a commission-based structure, commencing with a fixed monthly fee.

Medisana is developing, promoting and distributing products in the categories of mobile health, health control, wellness, body care, therapy, and healthy home for health-conscious consumers worldwide. With a well-established presence in several European markets we are now looking to expand our footprint in Italy.
As our Sales Agent (Consumer Health Products) you will be the driving force behind Medisana’s Italian market entry and expansion, building brand awareness and forging strong relationships with key retailers and e‑commerce platforms.
This is a position for a stand‑alone Sales Agent and will be reporting to the Regional Manager Global Markets with close operational alignment with our Business Development & Sales Specialist International.
This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic, entrepreneurial professional with a proven network in consumer electronics and health products to take ownership of the Italian market, shape our go‑to‑market strategy and unlock significant growth potential.
The ideal candidate should have experience in building brands, a strong network with key Italian retailers such as MediaWorld and Unieuro, and the ability to handle both offline and e‑commerce sales.
You’ll work closely with our headquarters in Germany, receiving Sales & Marketing support, and you’ll have the freedom to leverage your expertise to make Medisana a household name. The sales agent is expected to proactively suggest marketing initiatives, with the company open to co‑investing in local campaigns.
While exclusive commitment to Medisana is preferred, candidates with other brands in their portfolio are acceptable. Success depends on the agent’s network and ability to introduce the brand to major retailers.
