MERN STACK DEVELOPER

We are currently looking for a MERN Stack Developer to contribute to the development of dynamic web applications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js and be proficient in building scalable, high-performance applications.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
2. Build responsive, user-friendly UI using React.js.
3. Develop robust RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end applications.
4. Design, implement, and optimize MongoDB databases.
5. Ensure data security, indexing, and performance optimization.
6. Develop and integrate third-party APIs as needed.
7. Work with authentication and authorization frameworks like JWT, OAuth.
8. Improve application speed, performance, and scalability.
9. Optimize queries and application logic for efficiency and reliability.
10. Write unit and integration tests using Jest, Mocha, or similar frameworks.
11. Debug issues and implement necessary fixes.
12. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and project managers.
13. Use Git and GitHub/GitLab for version control and code management.
14. Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or Docker/Kubernetes.
15. Monitor application health and troubleshoot production issues.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

1. Proficiency in JavaScript & ES6+
2. Front-end: React.js, Redux, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap
3. Back-end: Node.js, Express.js
4. Database: MongoDB, Mongoose
5. APIs: RESTful APIs, GraphQL (optional)
6. Authentication: JWT, OAuth, Firebase Authentication
7. Testing: Jest, Mocha, Postman
8. Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab
9. Experience developing copy-based applications for the healthcare industry that are HIPAA-compliant
10. Cloud Services: AWS, Firebase, Heroku (preferred)
11. Strong problem-solving abilities
12. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
13. Ability to work in agile development environments
14. Self-motivated and detail-oriented

POSITION SCHEDULE DETAILS

• Full-time remote position
• Monday - Friday (40 hours/week)
